Preparation of Bi4Ti3O12 powder and ceramics by molten salt methods

摘要

Plated-like Bi4Ti3O12 powder with anisotropy is prepared by NaCl-KCl molten salt method, the effect of salt quantities on microstructure and dielectric properties of BiiTiaOia ceramics is investigated. The results show that the Bi4Ti3O12 particle size and the degree of anisotropy increase with the increasing molten salt quantities. The textured Bi4Ti3O12 ceramics with plated-like grain were prepared by sintered at 11007deg;C. The insulation resistivity and dielectric constant of Bi4Ti3O12 ceramics increase and dielectric loss decreases with increasing molten salt quantities.
