abstract = "Evaluating radiant threat rank is an important part of situation assessment and attack decision. All factors which would affect the assessment are analyzed. The advantages of experts system based on dynamic Bayesian network are given. After that, the theoretical model and its algorithm based on dynamic Bayesian network are presented and discussed. Finally, the model is established and simulated according to the algorithm. The simulation results are discussed and the model shows that it is effective and it can reflect the real threat rank.",
