On the Validation of Rafting Law and Creep Life of Nickel-base Single Crystal Superalloys under Multiaxial Stress States

摘要

The double shear creep specimens have been applied to validate the rafting prediction criterion and creep life models. The double shear creep specimens have experimented at 950°C for different assumed activate slip systems (crystallographic shear planes) . The SEM photos of the rafting structures in different positions in the shear zone have been obtained and were applied to validate the rafting criterion. The creep lives for the double shear creep specimens have been obtained by using the crystallographic damage finite element method (FEM) . Together with the experimental results and the FEM results, the life model results agree with the experimental results and the FEM results. The confirmation results are satisfactory.
