摘要
Nitrogen-Vacancy (NV) center has attracted enormous attention for its applications in quantum computing, quantum communication and high sensitive detection. The high performance manufacturing of NV centers is still a key and challenging technology. In this perspective paper, methods of energetic particles beam irradiation and ultrafast laser fabrication for NV center fabrication were reviewed.
