摘要

To improve the loaded meshing performance (LMP) of high-speed spiral bevel gear transmissions, a multiobjective ease-off optimization design method is proposed. First, an ease-off target surface that meets the functional requirements is established; second, the loaded transmission error (LTE), the relative normal velocity at the initial meshing point, the sliding velocity and the curvature radius of the meshing point on the contact path are obtained by tooth contact analysis (TCA) and loaded tooth contact analysis (LTCA). Then, the meshing impact (MI) is calculated based on the impact theory, and the tooth flash temperature (TFT) is obtained by using the Blok formula. Finally, the mathematical optimal model is created to reduce the LTE, MI and TFT of spiral bevel gear transmissions. The modified tooth surface of the pinion and the corresponding processing parameters are reversed with the genetic algorithm. Simulations on the computer show that the LTE, impact velocity, impact force and TFT of the optimized gear are reduced by 31.66%, 52.55%, 61.15% and 20.35%, respectively, compared with those of the gear before the optimization, and the dynamic load factor (DLF) and tooth surface stresses of the optimized gear are also significantly reduced. The proposed multiobjective ease-off optimization technique can effectively improve the dynamic characteristics and scuffing resistance of spiral bevel gear transmissions.
