摘要
The tungsten(W) was prepared by cold isostatic pressing and sintering, and its characteristics were further enhanced by cold rolling in this paper. The microstructure and textural evolution of cold-rolled and annealed W were primarily studied, and the slip system and dislocations were also deeply researched. The study reveals that grain boundaries in cold-rolled W and samples annealed at 1200 K have small angles of misorientation and high kernel average misorientation (KAM) values, while samples annealed at 1500 K and 1800 K have high angles of misorientation and low KAM values. Low angle grain boundaries (GBs) promote dislocation transfer and improve ductility. After 1800 K annealing, W becomes nearly-equiaxed polyhedrons, with γ-fiber texture dominating. The rolling direction (RD) is better suited for plastic deformation than the transverse direction (TD), but plasticity deteriorates due to changes in microstructure.
