摘要
Two-dimension carbon fiber reinforced silicon carbide ceramic matrix (2D C/SiC) composites were vacuum brazed to TC4 alloy using Cu-Ti + Mo composite filler. Effect of Mo content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the joints were investigated. The results showed that joints were composed of four regions: a interface reaction layer, a stress relief layer, a residual Cu layer and a diffusion layer. With the increased Mo content, the flexural strength increased at first then decreased. The maximum flexural strength reached 130 MPa with 10 vol.% Mo particles in the filler.
