摘要
Thermal stability is an important performance of alloys during long-term service in high-temperature environments. The dual-phase Fe37Ni36Al17Cr10 alloy has excellent comprehensive performance with potential nuclear power applications at intermediate temperatures. Here, the evolutions of microstructure and mechanical properties of Fe37Ni36Al17Cr10 alloy at 600 °C were evaluated through a year long thermal exposure test. During the exposure, the alloy only underwent coarsening of nano-precipitates, while the overall microstructure remained unchanged. The mechanical properties of the alloy remained stable without significant deterioration in performance.
