摘要
CO2 laser beam was used to sinter green compacts made of alloy powder of Fe-C-Cu-MoS2 to obtain metallurgical specimen. Compared to ordinary powder metallurgical technology, this method is characterized by energy saving, deformation free and refinement of structure, and has been successfully sintered to useful qualified piece. During the laser sintering process, elements diffused to form refined Fe3C and CuMo2S5-x phase. The porosity, microhardness, stretching property, shock toughness and phase and alloy components of the sintered specimen were analyzed using metaloscope, scanning electron microscope, electron spectroscope and X-ray diffractometer. Tested performances meet the Ministry-issued standards JB2798-81.
