Interference and Energy Management for Dense Aerial Access Networks: A Mean Field Game Approach

摘要

This work addresses the problem of energy-efficient distributed power and velocity control in dense aerials access networks (AANs). The control problem is formulated as a differential game where the remaining battery energy of the AANs and their locations are controlled. Since equilibrium analysis in such a game is generally difficult, the problem is extended to mean field game (MFG) considering a dense network. A finite difference algorithm based on the Lax-Friedrichs method and Lagrange relaxation is then developed to solve the corresponding MFG. The algorithm outputs illustrate the optimal controls and corresponding mean field distribution of AANs over a predefined period of time. Our results demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed approach.
