摘要

Based on CFD technology, the influence of secondary injection configuration on the 3D flow characteristic and thrust vector performance of shock vector controlling nozzle were investigated under different nozzle pressure ratios and secondary pressure ratios, taking variable specific heat ratio and temperature effect on heat transfer coefficient and viscous coefficient into consideration. Results show that induced shock angle ascends with the increase of secondary pressure ratio, and the thrust vector performance gets worse when induced shock interacts with nozzle upper wall. For rectangular injection configuration, when non-dimension slot length l̄ < 1.0, the separation vortex before injection slot becomes into horse vortex and would induce wake vortex. On condition of SPR>0.6, thrust vectoring angle ascends with the increment of non-dimension slot length. For the multi-orifices injection configuration, under the drive of the pressure relief mechanism, the pressure distribution and limited streamline on nozzle down wall show diversity with different orifice numbers, however the influence of orifice numbers on the vector performance needs further study.
