摘要

Graphene oxide-ferrocene (GO-Fc) nanocomposites with 3D porous structure are prepared by one step method. The GO-Fc nanocomposites show prominent electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation and reduction of H2O2, which are explained by the remarkable synergistic effect on the GO and Fc. Therefore, the amperometric response of the nanocomposites to H2O2 is investigated. Experimental results show that GO-Fc 3D porous nanocomposites have a good linear dependence in a H2O2 concentration range from 25.0 μmol/L to 3.0 mmol/L with a detection limit of 3.5 μmol/L. The biosensor with nanocomposites has good stability, high sensitivity and selectivity, thus it can be used as a promising candidate for the reliable and durable detection of H2O2.
