摘要
During heating spinning of Ni-Cr-W-Mo superalloy workpiece with curvilinear shape, the first pass of the spinning process has significant influence. Based on the dynamic, temp-disp, explicit module of software ABAQUS, a thermo-mechanical coupling FEM3d model for hot spinning superalloy workpiece with curvilinear shape is established. The distribution of temperature, stress and strain and their influence on hot spinning process are analyzed. The results show that thecomparatively large disparity in temperature and stress caused by the physical properties of hot superalloy itself and the effect of the friction heat are prone to generate flaw in spinning; Mutation areas of equivalent stress and plastic strain are prone to cause unstable metal flow. After changing roller-trace, maximal tangential tension stress tend to be moderate and maximal circumferentialcompression stress tends to decline. At the same time, spinning process tend to be easy. It is feasible to avoid material accumulation by grasping the key stage of spinning process and changing roller-trace.
