摘要
This study focuses on the airworthiness of landing gear brake pipes under aircraft tire burst debris impact by experimental and numerical analysis. Two different depths of tire debris impact tests were conducted on typical brake pipes according to the airworthiness regulations. The experimental results indicate that the landing gear brake pipe and bracket was not damaged at an impact depth of 60 mm, but significant plastic deformation occurred. Tensile tests were conducted on brake hard pipe and large deformation behavior of the brake hard pipe was obtained. A dynamic simulation model based on the smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) method was developed to effectively predict the experiment results. The effects of different impact depths, angles and attitudes on the safety of the structure were investigated, and it was found that the cross-section attitude impact was the harshest condition, but it was difficult to realize in the experiment. Therefore, an experimental method using energy conversion is proposed to replace the attitude that cannot be achieved in the experiment to evaluate the degree of structural damage. The experiment method in this paper meets the airworthiness requirements, and the established impact simulation and analysis method can be used for the structural analysis and optimization design of aircraft brake pipe.
