摘要

A calculation method about survival probability of a aircraft that has electronic Countermeasures (ECM) system is developed here. First we analyzed the effect of ECM system in combat aircraft survivability. Then we focused on detection and infrared missile attacking events, got evaluation method of survivability. Result shows aircraft survival character is improved fairly on ECM case.
