摘要
The advantages and principle of no-contacted electromagnetic shaping (EMS) for molten metal, which combines electromagnetic casting with directional solidification technology, are presented. Particularly, the behavior of EMS for superalloy samples is discussed in aspects of electromagnetic field and solidification process, and the effects of technological parameters on EMS process are analyzed. At last, on the basis of systematic experiments, the superalloy parts with good surface quality are obtained by controlling reasonably technological parameters.
