摘要

During the process of manufacturing compressor blades, there are some inevitable machining errors between real blade and designed one. In order to acquire the effects of machining error on aerodynamic performance, different blade errors (errors of twist, profile, shape, radius of leading/trailing edge and chord) on aerodynamic performance have been researched by numerical simulation with single factor method, considering the current blade detection method. The results show that errors in different location (also various size) have different influence on performance. Errors like blade twist, profile and leading edge (shape and radius) are the main influences while trailing edge error (shape and radius) has little effect. Specifically, the twist error of 0.5° deteriorates performance as high as 46.56% and the profile error of 0.1 mm deteriorates performance up to 20.40%. The results can provide reasonable machining technology requirement and criteria of blade evaluation.
