N2 - Inherent complexity and uncertainty of E-commerce security necessitate the participation of many experts in multi criteria decision making. One of the key problems in the assessment of E-commerce security is how to successfully combine experts' opinions in realistic decision making. In this paper, a method is proposed to facilitate the assessment of E-commerce security by aggregating individual expert's assessment on multi criteria into a consensus decision. At first, AHP method, based on hierarchical structure, is used to calculate the weights of each issue associated with E-commerce security. Then, evidential reasoning is integrated to combine multi criteria from bottom to top in the structure and then combined with the distance method to aggregate assessment of each expert. Finally, a numerical example is presented to illustrate the efficiency of our method in the assessment of E-commerce security.
