N2 - In the model based sensorless control of permanent magnet synchronous motor, there is usually an angle lag in the rotor position estimated by observers due to filters. And the traditional phase-locked loop cannot guarantee a zero-position estimation error in the case of speed ramp. In order to eliminate the position estimation error in both steady state and dynamic state, this paper proposed an active disturbance rejection control based current loop, where an extended state observer cascaded with a dual phase locked loop is constructed to enhance the current loop robustness and utilized to estimate rotor position as well. The effectiveness of the investigated approach is validated by the experimental results with a 1.5kW PMSM in HiGale platform.
