T1 - Determination of nickel in nickel sinter by electrolytic gravimetry

N2 - The content of Ni in nickel sinter was measured by constant current electrolysis deposition. In order to modify it, the content of Ni in residual electrolyte and insoluble sullage has been measured by atomic absorption spectrometry, the content of Co, Cu, Mn, Fe, Zn deposited on platinum cathode has also been measured by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The influence of electrolyte solution pH, electrolysis current and time on the analysis result has been researched respectively. The result showed that when at pH9.5, the electrolysis carried out for 1h at 2A and then the current was added up to 4A at which the electrolysis carried out for another 1 h, a better electrolysis effect was obtained. There was no obviously difference between the result from this method and the certified value. The relative standard deviation of eleven measured results were 0.13%.
