N2 - Based on the ergonomic theories, this paper analyzes the function and the technical index of a membrane panel, and presents its functional layout. Based on visual transmission theory, this paper analyzes the characters and symbols, colors, buttons, display window and decoration of a membrane panel. Taking physiological factors such as touch and vision into comprehensive consideration and taking a membrane panel design of an evacuation device for example, the paper demonstrates rational layout, beautiful visual appearance, man-machine coordinated design, and then evaluates the scheme by using fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and attains the scheme meeting the demand, therefore improve efficiency of producing new products.
