摘要
2D-C/C composites were fabricated by a rapid chemical liquid-vaporized infiltration (CLVI) processing. SEM observed the deposited sectional profiles within the preform. The characteristics of the deposited sectional profiles at different stages were analyzed according to the heat and mass transfer in the CLVI system. It was found that there exists a corresponding relation between the deposited sectional outline and the high temperature region within the perform during the CLVI deposition, and furthermore, the form of the deposited sectional region changes gradually from "crescent" to "bread". In addition, the thickness of the deposited pyrocarbon on the fiber increases as the deposition going on, and the higher the deposition temperature is, the faster the pyrocarbon grows.
