摘要
Stainless steel laminated object manufacturing (LOM) by vacuum diffusion bonding process was studied experimentally. The results showed that a variety of thermal deformations is easy to form in products in the process. With about 70% of bonding ratio and a bonding temperature of 850°C, the sample can present the performances of the bulk material and macro thermal deformations can be suppressed; at the same time, accumulated thermal deformations thus surface sink and rupture due to higher bonding temperature can be reduced. With a bonding pressure of 2 MPa sufficient bonding ratio can be ensured, thus mismatch defects can be suppressed and over elongated deformation due to higher bonding pressure can be avoided An impact pressure of 5 MPa applied subsequently during cooling down can release residual thermal stress to some extent therefore further control macro deformation.
