摘要
The muti-dimensional carbon quantum dots (CQDs) modifying sphere-flower CdIn 2 S 4 on nitrogen doping on reduced graphene oxide (N-rGO) photocatalyst is fabricated through the simple hydrothermal method and solvothermal method. CQDs/CdIn 2 S 4 /N-rGO composites show good photocatalytic degradation for 80% 50 mg/L 2,4-dichlorophenol under visible light for 6 h, which could be ascribable to the good conductive property and defects of N-rGO sheet (two dimension) and the heterojunction constructed between CQDs (zero dimension) and sphere-flower CdIn 2 S 4 (three dimension), and synergism among them. These are evidenced by the photoluminescence spectra, photocurrent intensity, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy and Raman spectra. Besides, the results of ESR show that ·O 2 − and ·OH radicals both are generated under visible light, ·OH the main one further confirmed by free radicals trapping experiments. This work will give some inspirations for constructing multi-dimensional semiconductors with excellent photocatalytic performance.
