摘要
The counter-rotating cylindrical roller bearings are often used as intershaft support bearings for high performance. Due to the complexity of motion, the problem of heat generation caused by friction between the various components is more serious. Based on the quasi-dynamic analysis and the heat generation mechanism analysis, a new model for power loss prediction and location is established. The effects induced by the counterrotation are considered in the new model, as lubricant rheological properties, rollers and cage drag and churning in the oil. The model is verified by experimental data, and the error is less than 6%. Additionally, the influence factors of local power loss and total power loss are investigated. The results show that the total power loss is sensitive to the rotational speed of inner and outer ring, oil inlet temperature and speed combination. However, it has little change along with radial load.
