摘要
This paper's research is a part of a larger project supported by National Basic Research Program of China; it provides a method for calculating axisymmetric dynamic response more precisely and ensures stability as required by the larger project. Sections 1 and 2 of the full paper explain our method of calculation obtained by using elastodynamics theory; its core consists of: (1) the honeycomb core is equivalent to homogeneous orthotropic material using homogenization method; (2) the dynamic radial displacement is divided into the quasi-static part and the dynamic part, whose analytical expressions of the dynamic response of sandwich cylindrical shell are obtained. Section 3 presents the simulation results of a numerical example and their analysis. Figs. 4, 5 and 6 present the simulation results obtained by our method as compared with finite element simulations obtained with ABAQUS software. The results and their analysis reveal that our method can predict precisely the dynamic response of the sandwich cylindrical shell with honeycomb core subject to internal shock pressure.
