N2 - With application of the structural equation modeling, the weights of criteria and indicators of evaluation index system of brownfield redevelopment project are assigned by calculating the factor loading of the model. The fit index of the model, such as RMSEA (Root Mean Square of Approximate Error), IFI (Incremental Fit Index), CFI (Relative Fit Index), and NNFI (Non-standard Fitting Index) are tested to verify the rationality of the model, which is very important to structural equation modeling with employment in weight assignment work.
