摘要
A PM BLDCM is one of the most important components in a high-altitude electric propulsion system. Its performance is closely related to temperature rise, so the analysis of its temperature field in the high-altitude enviroment is particularly important because of the poor heat dissipation there. We study a surface-mounted PM BLDCM, model and calculate its temperature field in the high-altitude enviroment with the finite element method and determine its heat transfer coefficients. The simulation results in the ground enviroment, given in Figs. 2, 3 and 4, and their comparison with the experimental data show preliminarily that the temperature rise and heat dissipation in the PM BLDCM used in the high-altitude electric propulsion system should be studied and taken into account when designing the PM BLDCM.
