T1 - Analyzing and controlling deformation of hollow turbine blade in near net-shape process

N2 - According to the low-shape accuracy of hollow turbine blade, the key techniques for treating measurement data, aligning blade model and coupling deformation were studied in detail, which was based on the deviational analysis by using optical scanning. Meanwhile, considering the compensational factors of volume shrinkage and bending-torsion deformation, the displacement field was established in near net-shape process. Then, the mold cavity was implemented by reverse renewal design process. Research results show that the blade dimensional accuracy and dimensional stability can effectively control, and the accuracy and reliability of mold cavity are also improved. So it is of very important theoretical meanings and engineering practical values.
