An optimazation model for shop-floor material distribution based on realtime status of trolleys

摘要

This paper proposes a framework for the optimization model based on implementing the interactive ability of distribution resources by extended IoT (Internet of Things) technology to the field of shop-floor material distribution. Under the optimization model, trolleys are the subjects during the process of material distribution. The key technologies such as realtime perception model, information transport mechanism and dynamic optimization model are designed and developed to manage the optimization model. The presented framework is studied and demonstrated by a case. The empty load distance rate and total distance are compared in the case to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model in this paper.
