abstract = "Standard particle swarm optimization solely relies on iteration formula to update and depend on initial swarm samples. This can easily make it fall into local optimization. To solve the problem, a new algorithm is proposed using cooperate optimization between two particle swarms. It uses advanced Tent Mapping method to generate initial swarm sample, meanwhile adjusts inertia weight dynamically. This new algorithm can be used in flight control system and the simulation results are very promising.",
