abstract = "An end-fire dual circularly polarized antenna based on multilayer dielectric substrate processing technology is proposed in the paper. The antenna is designed with SIW transmission line, by adding a stepped dielectric matching structure at the end of the transmission line, the antenna achieves an impedance bandwidth of more than 20% (27-33 GHz), and the isolations between two ports are higher than 20 dB. Within the above bandwidth, the axial ratio of the antenna is less than 3 dB. By setting the master-slave boundary in HFSS, the antenna array can realize ±30° beam scanning in the above frequencies.",
