N2 - Scramjet is a very effective air-breathing power device of hypersonic cruise vehicle (HCV), and the airframe/scramjet integrated design is one of the most important works. In this paper, three optimization jobs are performed; they are forebody/inlet integration, aftbody/nozzle integration and whole airframe/scramjet integration. In the optimizations, a modified multi-objective Genetic Algorithms (MOGA) is adopted and the engineering flow model of scramjet is introduced. For each optimization, the Pareto front side is got and many Pareto solutions more excellent than basic configuration are found. As an optimization method, it can be applied in the optimization design with more accurate flow model.
