Advancements in Suppressing Load Disturbances of Electric Motor Drives: An Overview

摘要

This paper provides a comprehensive overview of load disturbances in electric motor systems, their impact on performance, and existing control methods. First, load disturbances that can affect motor stability, control accuracy, dynamics, and energy efficiency, including static, dynamic, and nonlinear load variations, are introduced. Second, traditional control methods used for suppressing load disturbances like feedback and feedforward control are discussed, along with their advantages and limitations. Third, advanced control strategies such as intelligent control, self-adaptive control, and robust nonlinear control are introduced. Finally, this paper highlights the need for further research and identifies future directions. Overall, this review paper contributes to the development of robust motor control strategies, enhancing industrial automation and manufacturing processes.
