摘要

The composition and performance feature for the additive package of RHY4163 manual transmission fluid were introduced. The additive package exhibited anti-corrosion, anti-wear properties, thermal oxidation stability as well as adaptability for various base oils. The 85W/90 manual transmission fluid with 2.4% of the additive package in HVIS H500 hydrogenated base oil and MVI 150BS intermediate base oil of Lanzhou Petrochemical Co reached the standard of API MT-1. The 80W/90 manual transmission fluid with 3% of the additive package in KH 150BS hydrogenated base oil of Kramayi Refinery and MVIW H350 hydrogenated base oil of Daqing Refinery reached the standard of API MT-1. The 75W/90 manual transmission fluid with 3% of the additive package in MVIW H150 hydrogenated base oil of Daqing Refinery and PAO-4 poly-α-olefin synthetic oil reached the standard of API MT-1.
