Adaptive active broadband noise control (AANC) system

This system is practical only if its stability is guaranteed and the substantial broadband noise reduction is achieved. The paper not only discussed the steady state performances of the system, but also analyzed the effects of the system parameters including noise bandwidth, acoustic transmission path and adaptive filter. Moreover, a physical mechanism of AANC was explained as it in the free far field situation. This provides a theoretical basis for improvement of the performances of broadband AANC system.
