N2 - Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite, as a powerful supplement to ground devices, has attracted widespread attention and research owing to its wide coverage, ubiquitous access, and affluent resources. Due to the high dynamic characteristics of LEO, LEO has limited service for users and requires frequent beam handover, making poor user service continuity an extremely challenging problem. To solve the link interruption problem caused by frequent beam handover, the research on satellite Internet of Things (SIoT) becomes very meaningful. Therefore, we propose a time slot allocation mechanism based on user position monitoring. The mechanism designs different resource reservation methods for new calls and handover calls. The simulation indicates that our proposed mechanism reduces signaling overhead and ensures service continuity.
