N2 - In this paper, to improve the reconstruction performance in the blind area of current measurement, a reconstruction method based on axial positioning coordinate transformation is proposed for the current reconstruction employing a single DC-Link current sensor. The main idea of this method is converting the DC-Link current into the new axial positioning coordinate. the current of alpha-axes in new axial positioning coordinate can be reconstructed with DC-Link current and the switch states of invertor. Then according to the component relationship of stator current, the heterodyne method is used to obtain the error of stator current. The current of stator can estimated when the error of stator current is converges to zero by using PI controller. Finally, the beta-axes currents are obtained by projecting the stator current to beta-axes in new axial positioning coordinate. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
