摘要
The accuracy of test measurements on the load-sharing and dynamic load factors of a planetary transmission system is the basis for evaluating the dynamic performance of the system. Because of poor sensitivity and accuracy, the lack of a coefficient testing algorithm, and errors in testing stress points in existing methods, this study presents a convenient, practical, and high-precision method for measuring the load-sharing and dynamic load factor of a planetary transmission system. The test algorithm and system coefficient concept are defined, and the exact stress test locations and the differences between locations are ascertained. The series and parallel design of the strain gauge bridge sensor realizes advantageous superposition of tension and compression stress, temperature compensation, and exemption of cumbersome calibration, providing an important theoretical basis and technical means for accurately measuring the performance of a planetary transmission system in load-sharing and the dynamic load factor.
