摘要
The introduction of second phase materials into ceramic is an effective way to improve the structure and properties of ceramic. Fibers, whiskers and particles are usually used to improve the performance of ceramics, whereas it is difficult to meet the application requirements of ceramic materials. Graphene is an ideal filler for the preparation of high performance ceramic composites due to its large specific surface area and excellent mechanical, electrical and thermal properties. The latest research progress on graphene/ceramic composites was systematically summarized. The fabrication method, forming process and densification sintering technology of graphene/ceramic composite powder were reviewed, and the effect of preparation methods was also evaluated. Moreover, the mechanical, thermal, conductive, friction and wear properties of graphene/ceramic composites were summarized. Furthermore, the mechanism for the improvement of composites' performance was also revealed. Finally, the challenges and perspectives in the application of graphene/ceramic composites were pointed out.
