摘要

The effects of three types of typical graphene oxide-based energetic coordination polymer (GO-X) combustion catalysts on the thermal decomposition and combustion properties of the four-component composite propellants were studied. The microscopic morphology of the propellant was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), DSC-TG and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) were used to analyze the thermal decomposition characteristics and gas phase decomposition products of the propellant; the comprehensive combustion diagnosis system was used to obtain the flame structure and the speed of the burning surface of the propellant. The phase structure of the condensed phase combustion products were analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). The results show that the propellant containing GO-X is fully cured and the component interface structure is complete, indicating that GO-X has no significant effect on the curing and crosslinking reaction; GO-CHZ-Cu has a significant catalytic effect on the thermal decomposition of the four-component propellant, makes its decomposition heat increase to 3064.1J/g, an increase of 35.0% compared to the blank formula. GO-CHZ-Ni also has a certain catalytic effect on the propellant with an exothermic heat of 2456.1J/g, an increase of 8.2%. Compared with pure GO, GO-CHZ-Ni and GO-CHZ-Cu can greatly increase the burning rate of the four-component composite propellant in the low pressure section (0.5-1.5MPa). In addition to GO-CHZ-Cu, other catalysts make the burning rate of the propellant increase more obviously as the pressure increases, so the pressure index increases. The pressure index of the GO-CHZ-Cu propellant is 0.34, which is comparable to the blank formulation, but the overall burning rate is increased by 46.4%, and the analysis of condensed phase products shows that GO-CHZ-Cu can make the combustion of Al powder more complete and further improve the energy utilization efficiency.
