摘要

The inflow conditions of oxidizer gas have significant impact on the mixed combustion characteristics of the fuel-rich propellant in the novel segregated oxidizer-fuel solid motor.In order to reveal the mixed combustion characteristics of the fuel under the impact of the oxidizer inflow‚a two-dimensional steady combustion model was established for the combined rocket motor based on our previously developed detailed reaction mechanism for the oxidizer/ fuel.By numerical analysis‚the impact of inflow conditions of AP-based oxidizer on the mixed combustion characteristics of TAGN-based fuel was obtained under different inflow temperature and Mach number.With the increase of the temperature of AP oxidizer gas‚the axial-direction mixing is enhanced while the radial-direction mixing is deteriorated.The proximal heat transfer coefficient is enhanced while the average regression rate slightly decreases.With the increase of the inflow Mach number of the AP oxidizer gas‚both mixing and heat transfer processes are enhanced‚which raises the reaction rate between the oxidizer gas and fuel gas.The average regression rate of the burning surface increases significantly.
