新型高承载能力低滑动率齿轮设计与分析

摘要

A novel gear with high load-carrying capacity and low sliding rate was designed based on a curved path of contact.Through differential geometry and spatial meshing theory,the novel gear profiles were derived from the preset parabola path of contact,and calculations of the contact ratio and the sliding rate of the novel gears were carried out.The parametric high-precision three-dimensional finite element meshing modeling of novel gears was obtained based on the simulation gear machining programmed by Matlab.On this basis, through the loaded tooth contact analysis of the novel gear pair,and a thorough study of the impact of modification parameter and misalignment on the contact stress and the bending stress of novel gears was carried out.Results show that compared with the involute gears,the contact ratio of the novel gears is significantly improved and the transmission is more stable.The slide ratio of tooth surface is reduced by 22.9%,the meshing efficiency is improved,and the effective life is prolonged.Under the same load,the load-carrying capacity of the novel gears with no error and no modification and with error and modification is obviously better than that of the involute one,and especially the contact stress is reduced by more than 17.0%.
