摘要
According to the gear meshing principle and considering the heat transfer to the axle,the tooth-axle spiral bevel gear model was established to simulate the temperature field during dry running. Based on the analysis of heat source,heat conduction and heat convention parameters,the paper established the transient thermal analysis model of tooth-axle spiral bevel gear to obtain the unsteady temperature field and the temperature rise curve,and compared the results with that of single tooth spiral bevel gear model. The simulation results show that the final temperature rise and temperature rise rate at the rotational speed of 5kr/min are higher than those at the rotational speed of 3kr/min,and the difference of the tooth surface temperature between the two rotational speeds reduces from the meshing point to the ends of gear. In initial 5 seconds,the calculation results of single tooth model are consistent with those of tooth-axle model,but with the passage of time,the highest temperature rise at single tooth model is higher than that at tooth-axle model.
