吹风比与湍流度对涡轮叶片压力面气膜冷却影响的实验研究

摘要

The effect of the mainstream turbulence intensity on the film cooling characteristics of turbine vane at different blowing ratios was investigated in this paper.The film cooling effectiveness and the heat transfer coefficient ratio with cylindrical holes on the pressure side of a turbine vane model were measured using the transient heat transfer measurement technique with thermochromic liquid crystal.The results show that an appropriate increase in the mainstream turbulence intensity can decrease the film cooling performance in the upstream region by decreasing the film cooling effectiveness and the covering area because the high turbulence mainstream mixes with the secondary flow faster.And as the mainstream turbulence intensity increases,the film cooling performance decreases in the whole region.Under the conditions with film cooling,the results show that,with the increase in the mainstream turbulence intensity,the heat transfer coefficient ratio and covering area all decrease in the upstream of region.
