摘要

During the development of electronic aircraft operating technical publication,the selection of basal stan⁃ dards will be essential. Two mostly common used standards(ATA2300 and S1000D)are analyzed and studied based on the construction and servicing of the master minimum equipment lists(MEL). Similarities and differences of the data management,structure of data module,the definition of data etc. of the two standards are analyzed,and the supporting characterize to specific project is discussed. The some considerations for selecting basic standards based on the characteristics of the project and the project development unit itself are provided. The results that the ATA2300 provides more maturely supporting to flight operating documents,and should be taken precedence during the construction of the MMEL.
