Abstract

According to structural characteristics and kinetic characters of dual-rotor turbofan engine, a intershaft bearing test rig was developed to experiment and test vibration of a intershaft bearing with contact fatigue spalling. Defect characteristic octave frequency formula of intershaft bearing and a model was developed to describe the vibration signals and its envelope signals produced by a intershaft bearing with defect.
