Abstract
Use and maintenance cost of torpedo is very important in the life cycle cost. GM(1,1) model of the grey system theory was improved by using the experience of exponential use and maintenance cost. Original data were used to set up model and was not accumulated. At the same time, Kalman sequential arithmetic was used to weaken the randomicity of the original data. A use and maintenance cost model was set up by this method. Result indicates that this model can achieve satisfactory precision. At the same time, it has practical value.
