Abstract
The steady thermal-solid coupling system of centrifugal compressor is obtained with loose coupling method, which is decomposed to aerodynamic, heat transfer and structure subsystem and there exists transfer of heat, force and deformation. Because of non-match mesh between interdisciplinary interfaces, temperature and pressure information are transferred by distance-weighted average interpolation function. In order to avoid negative mesh, deformation is transferred by mesh regeneration. The coupling system becomes constringency after three iterations and coupling effect in the centrifugal compressor researched is intensive. The coupling effect of centrifugal compressor system is strong. Fidelity results should be obtained by considering coupling effect in objects with multi-field coupling.
