abstract = "Two virtual scenarios of a earthquake relief and a flood fighting is designed in this paper, and the capability analysis of transportation performance and mission accomplished for heavy payload airship with lift and buoyancy integration is carried out in the two virtual scenarios. The results show that how important the heavy payload airship will be in the future contingency plan of our country, the role of a heavy payload airship with lift and buoyancy integration is not substitutable in the future disaster relief, especially when the disaster happens to in the mountainous district in the western China, and it will construct a shuttle between the front line of disaster area and non disaster area together with helicopters, and play an important role in perfecting the future contingency plan of our country. Furthermore, the technical specification requirement of the heavy payload airship for future development in our country is discussed, and a feasible scheme for heavy payload airship is proposed according to the technical specification requirement.",
